Team Building

In the interactive team-building activities, we develop a plan for the best

team-building approach for the company, plan the activities in close

coordination with the company and proceed to engage in corporate fun activities

and life lessons for better overall teamwork and performance of the company. We

strongly believe that teamwork makes the dream work, and we strive to help

everyone achieve the dream.

Personal Training

This is basically where we meet one on one with the clients and get to understand

their needs in terms of fitness, health wise and also their past history about fitness

before giving our recommendations or proposed way forward. Thereafter, we

organize consistent workout sessions on a weekly basis, tracking and monitoring

progress based on the agreed initial goals.

Group Fitness Training

In this group fitness training, we engage a group of five to ten people and

conduct the workout session together which makes it easier in that the group

members motivate each other and even makes it more easier and fun.

Gym training

The gym training involves intense workouts in the gym - far or nearby gyms

depending on what works for the client for weight loss or weight gain. The training

involves weight lifting, boxing, cardio, aerobics and Zumba. Outdoor activities

such as cycling, jogging and swimming are also conducted to give the client the

maximum best fitness experience.

Diet Nutrition

For clients who wish to have diet nutrition, we recommend a meal plan with all

types of diet recommendations for losing weight, gaining weight and also

maintaining your usual body fit.

Massage

We usually offer all types of massage services upon booking an appointment

hotel-based or house calls. A sixty-minute massage results in eight to seven

hours of sleep because we believe clients need to wake up feeling refreshed and

ready for the day.
